Board Members Present:  Jon Mack, Priscilla Cotton, Chris Druke, Todd Lawley, Gloria Cristelli, Shannon

The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Jon Mack, Chairman.

The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard.  Todd arrived at 1:04 p.m.

Gloria Cristelli made the motion, seconded by Priscilla Cotton to enter into executive session.  The motion carried unanimously.

The motion was made by Priscilla Cotton and seconded by Chris Druke to come out of executive session at  5:25 p.m.

Todd Lawley made the motion to hire Patricia Grace at $34,500.00 per year, seconded by Chris Druke and carried unanimously.

Other Business:

The Board briefly discussed a paving grant.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
