Board of Civil Authority Meeting Minutes: January 18, 2021

Priscilla Cotton, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:52 p.m.

The Chair asked for a motion on the location of the vote to be held on March 2, 2021.

Carol Hesselbach made a motion that the Australian Ballot vote on March 2, 2021 take place at the Newbrook Fire Station on Route 30 instead of at the traditional location for the annual Town Meeting.

Motion was seconded by Angela Sanborn.

The Chair asked if anyone wanted to speak to the motion.

Carol Hesselbach stated that the thought to change the location was because there is no in person annual meeting this year and parking and access are easier at the Fire Station.

She indicated that she had spoken to the Fire Department and they were fine with us voting there and had put us on the calendar.

Gloria Cristelli mentioned making sure the parking lot was plowed and Carol agreed that she would do that.

Priscilla called for a vote.
Motion passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:57 PM.

Respectfully submitted by,

Carol Hesselbach
Recording Clerk of the BCA
