Pursuant to the provisions of 24 V.S.A. Section 1535(a), notice is hereby given that the Board of Abatement within and for the Town of Newfane will on the

23rd day of January 2023, at 6:00 o’clock in the p.m.

meet at the Newfane Town Office Selectboard Meeting Room in said Town and on Zoom to review the request from the Listers for the abatement of that portion of the real estate taxes based on the house on Parcel#00B129, owned by Russell A Buzby, now deceased, which house has been destroyed by fire. The Board of Abatement will also consider the request from the Newfane Treasurer for abatement of uncollectable real estate taxes, fees and interest due from owners of campers previously located at Kenolie Campground.
