CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm by Ken Estey.

MINUTES
Lynn moved to accept May 9 minutes as amended. Jane seconded this motion. Motion to approve minutes for May 9 as amended carried by unanimous voice vote (3-0).

OLD BUSINESS
Planning Commission membership update
Ken reported that he had not received word from the prospective candidate for the Planning Commission to take Lynn’s place upon her June 30 resignation.

Summer Meeting Schedule
We discussed the need to share summer schedules to ensure quorum for upcoming meetings.

Leland & Gray Student Engagement, Local Government
No report.

Broadband update, Deerfield Valley Communications Union District
Jane reported that DVFiber has finalized plans for the first six towns to receive broadband. Cable is on the way. GMP will need to prepare poles to receive the cable.

Development Review Board (DRB) update
Walt: No updates.

Zoning Bylaw Revisions: Tiny House & Implementation Schedule
Discussed need to identify and meet with experts on tiny houses. Tabled all other discussion until the June 13 th meeting.

1. Fiona Chevalier’s email regarding future of public schools in the region.

2. Windham Regional Commission on-line training, Thursday, June 16: “WRC Presents:
Basics of Land Use Planning & Regulation Training”

3. “Hear from Representatives of the Vermont Cannabis Control Board”: Tuesday, May 24. Cost to attend: $48. Lynn made a motion to attend and receive reimbursement for $48 registration fee. Jane seconded the motion. Motion that Lynn attend and receive reimbursement for registration fee of $48 carried unanimously by voice vote (4-0).

Lynn made a motion to adjourn. Nolan seconded Lynn’s motion. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote (4-0) and the meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm.
