Members of Public: Wannetta Powling, George Legrac Pricilla Cotton, Chair called the meeting to order at 5:45 PM.

Carol Hesselbach made a motion that we approve the request from the Newfane Delinquent Tax Collector for Abatement of uncollectible real estate taxes, interest, and penalties for several trailers formerly at Kenolie Camp Ground. Total is $3,551.43.

Motion seconded by Angela Sanborn.

Motion addressed by Melissa Brown, Delinquent tax collector. Questions and comments by Steve Levine, Doris Knectel, Mike Fitzpatrick, Ann Golob.

Vote taken – all in favor.

Carol Hesselbach stated that now we needed to address the request by the Newfane Delinquent Tax Collector for abatement of small amounts of balances due on real estate taxes. Total is $47.83. Motion to approve made by Katy Johnson-Aplin.

Seconded by Angela Sanborn.

Vote taken – all in favor.
