The statewide ballot includes:
- U.S. Representative to Congress
- Governor
- Lieutenant Governor
- State Treasurer
- Secretary of State
- Auditor of Accounts
- Attorney General
- All 30 State Senate seats
- All 150 State Representative seats
- Probate Judge
- Assistant Judges
- State’s Attorney
- Sheriff
- High Bailiff
- Justices of the Peace
There will also be two constitutional amendments on the 2026 General Election ballot.
Voting in Vermont
Vermont automatically mails a General Election ballot to all active registered voters. Ballots are expected to arrive in the first half of October. You can vote by mail, return your ballot to your town clerk, use an official drop box, or vote in person.
If voting in person on November 3, polls open at 9:00 AM & close at 7:00 PM; opening times vary by town.
