TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: Monday, September 25, through Friday, September 29, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., motorists can expect three to four traffic control packages with alternating one-way traffic on Vermont Route 30 (VT 30) throughout the project limits.

Delays are expected. Motorists are advised to add extra time to their travel schedule.

Speed limits have been reduced to 40 mph throughout the project limits. Fines are doubled for speeding within the construction zone. Motorists are advised to follow the posted speed limit and travel with caution.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: Crews will finish paving the intermediate course of pavement in Newfane early next week before returning to the southern end of the project limits in Brattleboro to begin paving the final course of pavement on VT 30. Crews will continue to work on sidewalk in Brattleboro. Multiple crews will continue to install guardrail, signage, and conduct berm removal in Dummerston. All work is weather dependent.

LOCATION: Beginning at Cedar Street (mile marker 0.311) in Brattleboro and extending north for approximately 10 miles to just north of Brook Street (mile marker 1.623) in Newfane on Vermont Route 30.
