TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: Monday, October 23, through Friday, October 27, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., motorists can expect three to four traffic control packages with alternating one-way traffic on Vermont Route 30 (VT 30) throughout the project limits.

Delays are expected. Motorists are advised to add extra time to their travel schedule.

Speed limits have been reduced to 40 mph throughout the project limits. Fines are doubled for speeding within the construction zone. Motorists are advised to follow the posted speed limit and travel with caution.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: Crews will continue to pave road transitions for side roads and driveways intersecting VT 30 within the project limits. Crews will continue to conduct signage work throughout the project area. In Newfane, crews will continue installing guardrail and conducting berm removal. There is potential for crews to pour concrete sidewalk in Brattleboro. All work is weather dependent.

LOCATION: Beginning at Cedar Street (mile marker 0.311) in Brattleboro and extending north for approximately 10 miles to just north of Brook Street (mile marker 1.623) in Newfane on Vermont Route 30.
