Present: David Cotton, Geoff VanKirk, Cris White, David Brown

Site visit was at 5:00 at 127 Adams Hill Rd. Applicant, Nancy was present and reviewed her desired plans for siting a garage.

David Cotton called the meeting to order at 6:00 back at the town offices.

No other DRB members or members of the public were in attendance.

Meeting concluded by a motion from Geoff and seconded  by Chris at 6:10 and  to reconvene February 5, 2025 at 6:00.
