BOARD MEMBERS: Todd Lawley, Marion Dowling, Katy Johnson-Aplin, Chris Cleverly, and Mike Fitzpatrick (phone).

OTHERS PRESENT: Wannetta Powling (Administrative Assistant)

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Selectboard Chair Lawley.

 CONFIRM PROPERLY WARNED: Powling confirmed that the meeting had been properly warned.

Cleverly made a motion to go into Executive Session, and Dowling seconded.
The motion passed unanimously.

The Selectboard entered Executive Session at 5:31 p.m.
Executive Session
1 VSA ~313 (a) (3) Employment matter of a public officer or employee.

 Dowling made a motion to leave Executive Session, and Johnson-Aplin seconded.
The motion passed unanimously.

The Selectboard left the Executive Session at 5:56 p.m.

Cleverly made a motion to hire Fredi Hayes as the new Administrative Assistant, and Johnson-Aplin seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.

 Powling was instructed to send a letter of acceptance for the Administrative Assistant position, along with Personnel Policy, benefits, and job duties.

ADJOURN:

Johnson-Aplin made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Dowling seconded.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
