The Newfane Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 23 at 6:00 pm to consider an appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s rejection of Zoning Permit Application 21-034. Applicant Daryl Johns is proposing a three-lot subdivision of parcel B124 at 524 Vermont Route 30.
The application to be considered at this hearing is available for public review at the Newfane Town Office. Participation in the hearing may be in person or via Zoom. The in-person hearing will be held at Newfane Town Hall.

A site visit at 3:30 pm will precede the hearing. Social distancing and wearing of facemasks are to be observed at the town hall and the site visit. Participation in the public hearing portion of these proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
