DRAFT MINUTES

Attendance: Bob Crego, Kate Gehring, Greg LoPiccolo

Call To Order—6:00

Additions to the Agenda: Added Minutes of PC meeting on 7-27-2026 Kate moved to accept minutes Greg seconded, minutes were approved as written

Set Date for Town Plan Public Hearing:

-Prospective date is Wednesday November 18.

-PC discussed items that still need to be addressed:

-We will need Town input on Transportation, Flood Resilience, WRC input on Flood Resilience Plan, etc.

-Continue to draft, review, revise text to have complete draft without finished graphics by next regular PC meeting on September 15.

-Greg will draft maps for expanding Village Districts for Williamsville and South Newfane.

-We will develop resource links at end of each section of the Plan

-Will need to have a draft plan ready by mid-October (30 days before hearing).  Copies need to be shared with WRC, neighboring towns, and public

Create Plan for Town Plan Publicity:

-October 26 will be last regular PC meeting before public hearing—that agenda will include planning for the hearing

-We will post on FPF several times, Newfane Town FB page; create posters of the hearing notice to put up around town, we will provide food/refreshments for attendees

-Next regular PC meeting will provisionally be September 15 at 6:00 PM
